I will suggest you clear browsing data from your chrome. This will also clear cookies. Then also close the chrome app. Restart it again and login to your freecodecademy account then attempt the exercise again
If problem still persists then contact support.

If you can install an up-to-date version of Chrome or Firefox then do that. Otherwise, your device/browser might just be incompatible with the curriculum (or parts of it anyway).
