ID Attribute not recognized within the Form element

It took me about half an hour, but I finally have green background and all 4 tests have check marks except for: Make sure your form element has an id attribute.

I add this within style:
#cat-photo-form {
background-color: green;
}

and this within the form:

And all seems to be fine (green background), however, it still says:
form element doesn’t have an id attribute.

Please help. Thanks!

Look at the above line. You have some css stuff that should not be there.

thanks @inder23, it worked making minor changes by editing punctuation within the form element
