Use an id Attribute to Style an Element Challenge

I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong, I’ve tried everything, watch the video, read all the articles I found in here but I am stuck. It says ‘make sure your form element has an id attribute’

Have you tried deleting #cat-photo-form from the form tag? So it should just read:
<form action="/submit-cat-photo" id="cat-photo-form"> Instead of:
<form #cat-photo-form action="/submit-cat-photo" id="cat-photo-form">
