Information Security in New Curriculum?

Hey everyone :waving_hand: :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I was wondering if there are any plans to include an Information Security / Cybersecurity course in the new curriculum, or to otherwise update it.

If not, is it recommended to take the legacy Information Security course, or are there better equivalent resources (i.e. free / open-source ones) available? If the latter, what are they?

Thanks. I’ve read that description, which is why I posted this question in Contributors (my thinking being that an new infosec course would be an “improvement to freeCodeCamp”), but I wasn’t sure if it fit. Given that it was moved to General, I assume it didn’t.

That aside, anyone have any idea regarding the answer to the question? Thanks!
