If you what you want to learn is JavaScript the best two reference web sites are MDN Web Docs and javascript.info. You can find really useful following freeCodeCamp YouTube channel with plenty of great courses and tutorials, and even following Wes Bos in YouTube as well.
Other pages similar to freeCodeCamp you could use are The Odin Project and Scrimba.
