jQuery: Change the CSS of an Element Using jQuery Bug Problem

Tell us what’s happening:
Am trying to solve this challenge but i think it has a bug.
The challenge requires that i change the color of a button with id #target1 yet it seems this id is treated as an element yet its not.
Please Help!!!

That’s in the body of your code. the id="target1" is the one your selecting, and your code works. Passes the test fine.
