My only feedback would be to make it responsive. You’ll note that on smaller screen sizes such as mobile devices, elements start overlapping:
Maybe try Bootstrap?
Agree with the fun. I didn’t try resizing, but you don’t need the bloat of Bootstrap: Try Flexbox or grids. My FCC-inspired high-density CSS cheatsheet should help you out.

but I have only one notification
when I press the previous question many times the correct answer counter increases , for example I answered 9 question correctly and pressed 7 times the previous question button and then I see"You scored : 16 out of 10"
it is mean 9+7=16.
