TypeError: t.querySelectorAll(…).forEach is not a function

anyone else ever get this . im using my old vista computer so i dunno im slowly figuring everything out here. but i cant get past this and it happens in response to me pressing the ’ key

Yes thanks that’s what I think too. I have my tablets and phone but I was wishing my bigger screen would work …I guess it’s just seen it’s day. However I’m still having trouble getting my picture to show up. Oh my so frustrated
