I feel like I am missing something here but not sure

WARNING

The challenge seed code and/or your solution exceeded the maximum length we can port over from the challenge.

You will need to take an additional step here so the code you wrote presents in an easy to read format.

Please copy/paste all the editor code showing in the challenge from where you just linked.

Replace these two sentences with your copied code.
Please leave the ``` line above and the ``` line below,
because they allow your code to properly format in the post.

Challenge: Learn Accessibility by Building a Quiz - Step 67

Link to the challenge:

Hey there,

Please update the message to include all your code. The code was too long to be automatically inserted by the help button.

When you enter a code, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks (`) are not single quotes (').

* {
  @media (prefers-reduced-motion: no-preference);
  scroll-behavior: smooth;
}

If that is all of your code, then you have deleted a lot of code from the editor! I’d undo all that deleting!

Are you talking about the whole code including previous steps?

that is the styles code

I was thinking you were on a different step.

I would take a look at the example again

@media (feature: value) {
  selector {
    styles
  }
}

Your code after the value is not correct according to the example

I understand the first part but confused about the selector and styles part

For one thing, you have misplaced the selector. At the start of the step, the code window shows a style that applies to a “selector”. And the instructions say to

Wrap the style rule . . . within an @media at-rule . . . .

If you can determine the selector and style, based on the code that is visible at the start of the step, you should be able to follow the example.

I am still struggling to understand the selector @media (prefers-reduced-motion:no-preference) {scroll-behavior: smooth}; }
