Looks like you are in the middle of a command as your prompt is ->.
To enter a new command, make sure you have completed the previous one and the prompt is =>. You can do that by pressing the enter key a few times. Another way is to force stop using Ctrl+c.

Also this type of error. I tried to rest many times, but it did not work. what can I do? I need your help to progresses.
The reset button is supposed to work to fix that. Not sure why it’s not working.
Run these two commands and try again:
sudo chown -R postgres:postgres /var/lib/postgresql/12/main
sudo service postgresql restart
They’re some commands that run when you reset.
If that doesn’t work, you could delete the container and start again - since you are on the first step, you won’t lose any progress.
