Tell us what’s happening:

Your code so far

I am not sure how to write this code.

WARNING

The challenge seed code and/or your solution exceeded the maximum length we can port over from the challenge.

You will need to take an additional step here so the code you wrote presents in an easy to read format.

Please copy/paste all the editor code showing in the challenge from where you just linked.

Replace these two sentences with your copied code.
Please leave the ``` line above and the ``` line below,
because they allow your code to properly format in the post.

Hello @latisha12 !

It appears the code was too long to post this way. Please follow the instructions below, or use the </> preformatted option at the top of this text box.

Please leave the ``` line above and the ``` line below,
because they allow your code to properly format in the post.

Happy coding and Happy New Year!

THank you for responding but I am not sure what you mean.

When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks (`) are not single quotes (').

I do not have that button on my screen. My questions regarding the code is that I am not sure why I am writing it incorrectly.

you need to show us the code, or we can’t help

Ok. There is a link under challenge information name freeCodeCamp.org that has the code. It is also down below.

const weapons = [
{
name: “stick”,
power: 5,
name: “dagger”,
power: 30,
name: “claw hammer”,
power: 50,
name:“sword”,
power: 100
}

];

You need to have four objects. This is still one big object. This link shows an example of how to make an array with multiple objects
