Learn CSS Variables by Building a City Skyline - Step 104Step 104

I don’t understand why this code is not passing. Please help.

Your code so far
background: repeating-linear-gradient(
var(–building-color2) 0% 5%,
transparent 5%,
transparent 10%
);
}
It is giving me the following error:
You should give the repeating-linear-gradient a first color of --building-color2 from 0% to 5%.

Try repeating this line twice. Once for 0 and once for 5

I did a line each for 0% and 5% and it worked. Thanks.
