Can you be more specific about what you don’t understand?

“Add the anchor text link to cat pictures to the anchor element.”

You’ve already done something similar for the h1 and h2 elements. You added text to those elements by putting the text between their opening and closing tags. You would do the same thing to add text to an anchor element.
