Hi do not know what I am doing wrong

But ever which way I try to put this anchor tag I am wrong I do not know what I am doing wrong.

Yea I tried that and it still states its wrong. maybe they don’t want me to continue…lol

i finally found the solution which is ridiculous that it took this long but whatever…lol
