They want you to use your knowledge of anchor elements to turn the last two words here into a link.

The anchor element was discussed in step 10 and 11 so you may need to look back there to learn how to do this.

the href attribute is incorrect. You should give href a value equal to the URL of the link (check the exercise as they told you what it should be).

I would reset this step and try again.

what is a target attribute ?
i’m finding it hard to pass level 14

Please create a new topic for this. Target attribute is just like href attribute but the value is “_blank”
