You have an href attribute set to the words “cat photos” in your HTML. href should be a link to https://freecatphotoapp.com. And you also have a separate anchor link, that is correctly linked, but A) has no clickable text and B) is unnecessary.
There should be one link in that area, and it should be within the paragraph, have its href set to the website, and the text inside the link set to “cat photos”. And you’ll be good to go!
