Learning to describe problems is hard, but it is an important part of learning how to code.
Also, the more you say, the more we can help!
You have added an additional p element and text. Reset your code, then:
In your p element, directly before the text cat photos add your a element with your href with a value of https://freecatphotoapp.com
Then directly after the text cat photos add your a closing tag.
Do not add any additional text or elements and ensure that you have only 1 space in your a element, that is the one in-between the text cat and photos
Example: <p>I think <a href="https://www.freecodecamp.org">freeCodeCamp</a> is great.</p>
Hello and welcome to the forum. It looks like you’ve got some extra text in your code, I would start by clicking the reset button to get a fresh look at this lesson.
This portion of the course is teaching you how to turn text on your page into a hyperlink using anchor elements <a></a>. Anchor elements work by surrounding the text that you’d like to turn into a link. After placing an anchor element before an after the text you’d like to be a link, you add a href attribute to your anchor element. The value of the href attribute is the webpage that you’d like to link to. Here’s an example of what that looks like:
<p>Here's some text <a href="www.example-website.com"> here's the link </a> here's some more text </p>
In this portion of the lesson, the text that you want to turn into a link is ‘cat photos’. I hope this helps!
