To add atributes to an element:

Add a target attribute with the value _blank to the anchor (a ) element’s opening tag

now lets look at your snippet

do you see how “href” attribute is used in that “a” tag? you are supposed to do something similar with “target” attribute as well, right now it’s not in correct “syntax”
