Challenge: Learn HTML by Building a Cat Photo App - Step 14

Link to the challenge:

Hello!

Try adding a space between the attribute and the “a” element. The code is missing two other sytactical characteristics which can easily be gleaned from the other attributes.

Does this help?

Happy coding! :slightly_smiling_face:

Here you need to space between your opening tag and value target

Second then assign your value _blank to target.

target="_value"

Hope you understand.

can you elaborate on this please? how do i apply the value_blank to target?

If you have a question about a specific challenge as it relates to your written code for that challenge and need some help, click the Ask for Help button located on the challenge (it looks like a question mark). This button only appears if you have tried to submit an answer at least three times.

The Ask for Help button will create a new topic with all code you have written and include a link to the challenge also. You will still be able to ask any questions in the post before submitting it to the forum.

Thank you.

In this example, you need to assign the target attribute the value of “_blank”.
