Step 14

Add a target attribute with the value _blank to the anchor (a) element’s opening tag, so that the link opens in a new tab.

I’m not sure where to put _blank.

Follow the previous guidance. Just a note to add to that make sure to leave a space between the target attribute and its value and any other attribute and value.
