This one got me as well!.. YOU NEED to read the instructions to it’s fullest. Make sure to pay attention to what it is saying and asking.

This challenge asks to turn the image into a link by surrounding it with necessary element tags not creating new image link.
first remove
<img href= src="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/curriculum/cat-photo-app/relaxing-cat.jpg" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back.">
and check the syntax to add image as a link on the web page.
