To turn an image into a link, you should enclose the img element as a whole within a pair of anchor tags (i.e. <a><img ...></a>).
You should probably reset the step and try again, as there are a number of issues with the code above.
When you add the anchor tags around your img element, add an href attribute to the opening anchor tag.
