Close the form element, just like you did with the list element above. I hope it fixes the problem.

Nope didn’t work I just tried it and I’m sorry but that didn’t work

This you did not do, you removed the form element and replaced it with a p element. You need to add back the form element, and the add the closing which should look like

You need to replace the word element with the element you are closing
