Learn HTML by Building a Cat Photo App - Step 36

Your form element should have no content. Remove any HTML elements or text between the form element’s tags.

How do i solve this?

Your form element should have no content. Remove any HTML elements or text between the form element’s tags.

I would remove any HTML elements or text between the opening form tag and the closing form tag :slightly_smiling_face: The action attribute goes on the opening form tag, not between the form tags.

But I am just guessing here because you didn’t show us your HTML so we can’t see what you did. Please paste your HTML in here using the following instructions if you need more help.

To display your code in here you need to wrap it in triple back ticks. On a line by itself type three back ticks. Then on the first line below the three back ticks paste in your code. Then below your code on a new line type three more back ticks. The back tick on my keyboard is in the upper left just above the Tab key and below the Esc key. You may also be able to use Ctrl+e to automatically give you the triple back ticks while you are typing in the this editor and the cursor is on a line by itself. Alternatively, with the cursor on a line by itself, you can use the </> button above the editor to add the triple back ticks.

Hello!
The instructions ask that the action attribute and its value of https://freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo
be added to the form element.
Adding attributes are placed in the opening element tags.

Do not add anything else, nor make any other changes.

It should appear like the following example where I use fieldset instead of form and a different attribute and value.

< fieldset type=“text” >
< /fieldset>

You would use form, action and the given value.
Nothing else between.

Happy coding!
