I did what the instruction said, I put an attribute type with the value submit inside the button but it still keeps saying that I dont have a type attribute. do i lack some elements inside the button please tell me exactly what to put

@nicolepaiso you need write the attribute type with the value submit within the button tag

I did that but it still says that i dont have an attribute type

“your button element does not have a type attribute. Check that there is a space after the opening tag’s name.”

@nicolepaiso let me explain it button has an opening and closing tag right so within opening tag of button you have to give “type” attribute and value of the attribute is “submit”
I said within the button opening tag not outside the opening tag
hope so solution will work.
