I am supposed to add an id attribute with the value indoor to the radio button.

Here is where you added the type attribute set equal to "radio".

The instructions want you to add a id attribute with the value of "indoor"

The same way you have added other attributes, with the syntax attribute="value"

I tried opening another label tag so i can input the attribute=value but its not working

You should not make a new tag. You need to add the id attribute to the tag you already have.
