no logro comprende el ejercicio

Hay otra forma de asociar el texto de un elemento de entrada con el propio elemento. Puede anidar el texto dentro de un elemento de etiqueta y agregar un atributo for con el mismo valor que el atributo id del elemento de entrada.

TAREA.
Asocie el texto Loving con la casilla de verificación anidando solo el texto Loving en un elemento de etiqueta y dándole un atributo apropiado.
