the system is telling me that my 2nd radio button does not have the checked attribute, how do i change my code to do this?

Add checked attribute to your first radio and checkbox elements.
Add it only on the first radio and the first checkbox elements.

Good attempt!

As @madhavvattackattu explained, only the first radio button and the first checkbox are to have the checked attribute entered within the input element.

Suggestion: Reset the step and enter the checked attribute into only the first radio button and the first checkbox.
Resetting the step will not interfere with any previously completed steps. However, it will allow you completely fresh code for this step.
