Currently stuck on step 64 and I am not understanding the hint; it seems straight forward about making the text a link but I think I am missing something. Can someone explain please. Also are there any one-on-one sessions or group sessions available?

you can join the discord forum if you want to chat direct with someone…
but basically, (and without me checking your code as it is not posted and also without me checking the step as the link is not here and it takes a long time for me to find different steps…), if the question is about links, you just need to use an anchor tag.
Make sure it is well-formed of course and make sure it is nesting whatever it is that is being turned into a link.

I’ve edited your code for readability. When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.
You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.
See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks (`) are not single quotes (').
