The issue with the code is that the anchor (a) element is not correctly nested within the footer element. In HTML, elements should always be properly nested within each other, with a closing tag for each opening tag.

In this case, the footer has an opening tag <footer> but is missing a closing tag </footer>, which is causing the anchor element to be outside of the footer.

To fix the issue, you should add the missing closing tag for the footer
