after I complete step 63 correctly the next step 64 does not populate the instructions/directions. I have checked extensions and ad blockers and still nothing is working. help.

Have you tried opening freecodecamp. org in a different browser to see if that will help. Sometimes that works.
Here are some things you may wish to try.
Try the following:
- Reset step
- Refresh page (F5)
- Some browser extensions, such as ad-blockers and dark mode extensions can interfere with the tests.
- If you are having problems, recommendation is to disable extensions that modify the content or layout of pages, while taking the course.
- Try a different browser.
