Saying I need to add three fieldset elements within the the form even though I did someone help me out.

You did add the three fieldsets correctly but you changed the opening form tag.

This is not what it was originally. You removed the attribute name method before the equals sign.

In general, you should try real hard not to make any unexpected changes. Even the slightest unexpected change may cause the tests to fail. And in this case your unexpected change created invalid HTML which is definitely causing the tests to fail.
