Although all labels seem to be identical in structure, only the third one is mentioned as being false. I dont get it.

Input elements are self closing elements. They dont need a closing </input> tag.

Thanks for your input. After further investigation it was the Firefox Relay Addon that manipulated the DOM so that the email input field was moved to the next line. After deactivation everything was fine.
