To show your new code

When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks (`) are not single quotes (').

<input type="submit" value="submit">

So the directions say

" add an input element with the type attribute set to submit and the value attribute set to Submit ."

Look at the how the challenge asks for the value attribute Submit vs the value attribute submit that you have

i did change and capitalise but still not right

Show us all the code not just the one line

  <fieldset>
        <label for="first-name">Enter Your First Name: <input id="first-name" type="text" /></label>
        <label for="last-name">Enter Your Last Name: <input id="last-name" type="text" /></label>
        <label for="email">Enter Your Email: <input id="email" type="email" /></label>
        <label for="new-password">Create a New Password: <input id="new-password" type="password" /
        ></label>
    <input type="submit" value="Submit" />
              </fieldset>
                                 <fieldset></fieldset>
      <fieldset></fieldset>

Your input is not in the correct place

The directions say

" after the last fieldset element"

You still have it before the last fieldset
