The code is not in the correct place.

Summary

The closing fieldset tag needs to be placed before the label element.
Also, an opening and closing fieldset element needs to go below the the second fieldset element.

After the code is correctly placed, you’ll need place single spaces

1. before the input element
2. a space after the input element
3. a space after the
