Here is the rendering of your code:

Just a few typos.

  1. Please place a space after the input element
  2. Delete the text terms and conditions not nested in an anchor element
  3. Then move the closing fieldset tag so that it is above the label element

The whole label should be in next line rather than in the fieldset element
