Just a few fix ups are needed here.

  1. remove the extra angular bracket from the following code block.
  2. delete the text after the opening label tag, as it is a double up.
  1. delete the extra spaces between the input element and the text, leaving only a single space.
  1. finally, place the label element below the fieldset closing tag.
