You appear to have created this post without editing the template. Please edit your post to Tell us what’s happening in your own words.
Learning to describe problems is hard, but it is an important part of learning how to code.
Also, the more you say, the more we can help!

" You should only wrap the a element around the text terms and conditions ."

but you have the link around “I accept the terms and conditions” your link is around all the text, it needs to be around the specific text the challenge tells you

i did what you said now its saying you should add the I accept terms and conditions text to the label following the third fieldset

You will have to show your new code

When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks (`) are not single quotes (').

here is the code
<label for="terms-and-conditions">
<input id="terms-and-conditions" type="checkbox" required /> I accept the terms and conditions
<a href="https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/terms-of-service/">terms and conditions</a>  </label>

Why do you have terms and conditions twice? The link needs to go in the original sentence
