i tried to add the anchor element and close it but my code doesnot run

You need to put the anchor wrapped around the text terms and conditions, dont forget proper spacing.

please i dont really understand you. Explain with some examples

Right now you have the anchor tag infront of the entire sentence in other words; I accept the <a> terms and conditions.</a>

that is what i have done and it says “You should add I accept the terms and conditions text to the label following the third fieldset.”

First of all you dont have a closing </a> tag in your code start there and try to rework or reset. check your console as well it will tell you more informaton as you write code.
