Do you understand what it means to link a label to its input? You did it a lot in previous steps. Look at how you linked the text inputs at the top of the form to their labels. Or the radio buttons and check boxes to their labels. Is that enough of an example to help you with these remaining inputs? If not, please be more specific on what you don’t understand.
