I’ve tried all i can to get this but its not going through

It says to use profile-picture , age , referrer , and bio as values for the respective id attributes.

Note the respective keyword here||
Ex:

Link the profile-picture input field with the id attribute of profile-picture:

The id of age here:

And so on…

And your textarea should only have the id of bio.
