Hi there!
Where you added?

Hi there!

The instructions is asking you: Link the applicable form elements and their label elements together.

Use profile-picture, age, referrer, and bio as values for the respective id attributes.

Can you mention it, where you added the required id and for attribute values?

after upload a profile picture

You haven’t added any id value to the input elements, nor the for attribute value to the label elements within the above code.

You have added an input element within the label of textarea element. You didn’t need to create any new input or label. Reset the challenge step and add that values given in the instructions, as for and id attribute to the existing elements you have within the challenge editor.
Remember, for attribute is goes within the label opening tag and id attribute goes within the input element.
Example:

<label for="label">I am label: <input id="label" type="text"></label>
