this step asks you to find all the submittable elements and to give each a name attribute.

I assume you have no issue with adding a name attribute so that leaves finding the submittable elements.
look at the preview pane.
Find every input field, text area, option, dropdown, or anything at all that the user can modify. All of these are ‘submittable elements’.
each of these will need the name attribute added.
