Learn Intermediate CSS by Building a Cat Painting - Step 8

I’m adding the Liniear-Gradient, but I’m getting " Your linear-gradient function should set the first color to be #5e5e5e at 85% ." Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

Your linear-gradient function should set the first color to be #5e5e5e at 85%.

Hello!

Great job on your code so far. Your linear-background 's property needs to background not gradient-background. Gradient-background is not a property.
