I am not exactly sure what to do. I have been stuck on this step for a day or so. I am unsure when to add “padRow” and where it should just read as call.

Remove everything after padRow(); (which is the function call).
Now, all you need to do is prefix that with your variable declaration.

EXAMPLE:
