So there is one difference between what you have and what the hint is asking for:

width=device-width,initial-scale=1.0 // you
width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0 // hint

I’m not sure if that space after the comma is technically required. Something tells me it isn’t, but I’ve been wrong before. I’ll look into it and if it isn’t then I’ll open a github issue to fix this.
