In a certain step in the Build a Student Database: Part 1, I receive a ‘Test Runner Failed’ error, as a result of which I am not able to progress in the course.

I have tried resetting the virtual machine and CodeAlly repeatedly. Please suggest.

I think the main problem is that my CodeRoad environment for this module is not working properly as in other modules.
The problems seem to continue and evolve. I am now unable to connect to the database through the terminal.
The test runner is still not running and it shows a Test Runner Failed. Does anyone know what the problem is?
Is there any way to fix it, maybe by resetting?
sorry for not answering sooner. I ran into this problem sometimes, but I do not know the answer to this question.
