Learning SQL from the beginning

i’d like to ask, is there anyone has recommendations for good references to learn SQL ?

coz i’m still very new in SQL and wanna learn it as best as possible

thx

have you tried the course in www.freecodecamp.org website?

no, i haven’t

but, what i mean is for the references outside this web, like e-books, youtube videos, etc

more to like that

There are several different flavors of SQL depending on the RDMS (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.). Which are you interested in focusing on? Or do you just want something that is more general in nature?

hmm….. i didn’t know about that…

what’s the differences between all of those..?

btw, i guess, i’m more interested to SQL in general

e.g.: general SQL syntax, learning from newbie to expert level, etc

there are a lot of online activities and references for SQL. You can easily google them up with a quick search “learn SQL”. Give it a try.

yes, but not all websites are good like has good or detailed explanations, and so on and so on

that’s why i was asking for recommendations from the 1st place

Google will rank the results for you based on their popularity (if you ignore the first couple of advertised results and the AI result at the top).

yes, but the most popular webs not always the best ones

I hope you understand that I’ve already suggested using this website: www.freecodecamp.org. What is best is subjective.
(what is best for me may not be the best for you)

ok is there any other opinions from other members..?
