Margin correct?

Am I not entering the margin in the correct order? Top, right, bottom, left? I can’t move forward :face_holding_back_tears:

send your full code please

Also, it would help to know which challenge this is for.

Sorry, this challenge is asking: " Using the type attribute selector, try to give the checkboxes in CatPhotoApp a top margin of 10px and a bottom margin of 15px."

Am I doing this correctly? Thanks for your help!

That looks right, but I still don’t know what exact challenge this is for so it’s hard to be sure. Please give us a link to the challenge.

Also, it looks like you are missing a closing curly brace before this rule:

.silver-background {
background-color: silver;

[type='checkbox'] {

The silver-background rule should be closed off with a curly brace before the checkbox rule begins.

Hi @drunettemiles !

Welcome to the forum!

Please provide the link to the challenge so we can help you.

I’ve edited your post for readability. When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks (`) are not single quotes (’).

This is the “Use Attribute Selectors to Style Elements” challenge in the Legacy Responsive Web Design section: Basic CSS. Thanks so much for your help!

It worked! I was missing the curly brace! Thanks again
