Reset the new account, relink the email, and start again.

Microsoft learn account link changed it’s url format
from:

to: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/USERNAME-ID/transcript
Reformating url to old format doesn’t work
I tried to do js api call by hand but I cant find the full function in dev window

I’ve have collected the previous trophies, so I know my account is linked.
I’ve completed all prior steps, just like how I collected the other trophies.
Consensus among other posts is that this is just bugged with no way of completing?

Hey @AustinBevDev, I ran into the same issue a few days ago with that specific trophy. My account is linked properly, and I’ve completed all the steps, too, but still getting the same error. From what I’ve seen across the forums and GitHub, it does seem like a known bug with this particular badge mimighte worth raising it through the freeCodeCamp support GitHub if you haven’t already. Hopefully, they’ll patch it soon. Seems like a backend sync issue on their end.
this is an issue on Microsoft side, so even if you raise an issue, there is nothing freeCodeCamp dev staff can do. Follow the link in Teller’s message instead.
I followed the link to write a post in the training support, but I cannot even post a question! Before posting I need to select a forum, but the forum dropdown returns “No data”. What a mess…

I have completed all the required lessons and projects in the “Write Your First Code Using C#” module on Microsoft Learn. My profile shows that the module is 100% complete and the assessments have been passed, but the freeCodeCamp system still shows that I have not earned the trophy.
This is preventing me from verifying my Microsoft account and earning the associated credential on freeCodeCamp.

tengo problemas al recibir un trofeo al completar uno de los modulos, más especificamente la de C#, lo que pasa es que al completar y registrar el microsoft learn la url, al momento de reclamar el trofeo me salta un error.
